We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Cable Car station and the charming old district of the city. We were also delighted to find a supermarket just down the hill, making it convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. The service at this place was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were also impressed with the range of amenities provided in our room, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Moreover, the free wi-fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location walking distance to main attractions, with spacious rooms and friendly service. Great breakfast with a variety of dishes and fresh yogurt. The hotel has nice views over the city and comfortable seating in the lobby.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as a gym or pool. The bathroom could be updated and there was no daily cleaning service during our stay.

Spent Christmas here and it was the best decision ever! the hotel is in a great location near the old district and cable car. Rooms are spacious with amazing views and the service was excellent. Breakfast was divine.
No laundry facilities and parking can be a bit of a hassle if you plan to drive.

Located near tourist attraction with luxury feel rooms. Spacious rooms with suite layout and attention to detail such as welcome sweets and jazz CD. Breakfast is delicious with a good view.
Limited English speaking staff may cause inconvenience.
